Who we are

This website is operated by Andarakis Advisory Services, FZCO, a free zone company registered in the DMCC Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (trade licence JLT-65592). You can reach us at info@andarakis.com.

What we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and the website does not store personal data about visitors. If you email or call us, we process the details you send us (such as your name, email address, company and message) to answer you.

Contact form

If you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, company and message by email, and use them only to reply. The website does not keep a copy of the message.

Ask Andarakis (AI box)

Questions typed into the Ask Andarakis box are sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, through a service run by OZART Studio, to produce an answer from the pages of this website. Please do not enter personal data. We do not store the questions, only anonymous counters that enforce daily and monthly limits. Answers are generated automatically and can contain errors.

Technical data

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the website securely. We use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without profiling visitors.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, to keep the website secure and to understand in aggregate which pages are useful. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Emails and enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting engagement, then deleted or archived as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to stop contacting you, by writing to info@andarakis.com. We follow the data-protection laws that apply to us, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, and respect the rights of visitors in the European Union and Saudi Arabia under the laws that apply there.
