Kuwait. A city with history.

Kuwait. A city with history.

Looking out across Kuwait City this morning, one thought comes to mind.

The next chapter of a city is not defined by what it builds. It is defined by what it chooses to become.

Kuwait has something many cities spend billions trying to manufacture and that is Identity, heritage, character and a powerful sense of belonging.

Great cities don’t compete to look alike. They compete to mean something different.

However heritage alone does not guarantee relevance. The opportunity for Kuwait is not to become another Dubai, Riyadh or Doha. It is to become an unmistakable version of itself.

A destination where tradition meets ambition, where public spaces create participation, and where development builds not just economic value, but emotional connection and experiential impact.

That is the challenge and the privilege of working on destination transformation.

Great cities don’t compete to look alike. They compete to mean something different. The question is not how much Kuwait can build. It is what Kuwait wants to be remembered for.
